Anyone know if a good rep exists for this Seamaster model and if yes, which TD might be able to procure it?

Did 2 separate orders which were shipped on 30/05 and 07/06 respectively, but to this date neither have had any tracking updates whatsoever and contacting Elliott on telegram results in a "they might take long bro" sort of answer. Has anyone ordered and got their delivery in Europe from them?
