Hello all,

I (M60) put up two brand-new, contemporary-style houses on the Oakland market (Crocker Highlands, to be exact) in June, and it has not attracted much attention since then. Given its desirable condition, I am stumped as to whether I have chosen the wrong style for the neighborhood, have not been marketing it properly, or if the current state of the market is simply having its way with us.

I was certain that this house style would sell reasonably fast, since I'd had success with it in the past. Is there something I'm not seeing?
