Thermomix US Support is not listening about a software bug.
I found a software bug. I have seen it work exactly the same way on three separate TM7 machines.

Did they listen to me and test it on one of their machines? No.
They just keep asking me to do things on my end. No, I will not reset my machine yet again.
Anyone here care to do some quality testing for them so I can show them it's not just me and my friend's machine that has this software bug? Heck, even better if more people send them the same bug through their support system.
Ensure your machine (TM7, but I'm curious if it's a multi-model bug) is set to imperial units (ounces) then add 16.8 oz of water and when you get to 16.9, it should jump to 18.9 and then back to 17 when you add more.
I'm not sure if there are other jumps along the way or at even higher volumes, but I know I've seen this happen on three separate machines now for 16.9 (18.9) ounce scale measurement.
