No hiking today but I did visit the Cardinal Village Resort up in Aspendell. Damn that place was like being transported back to grandma’s. Such a great spot. Food was great. Beer was cold. Folk were friendly. Highly recommend if you’re in the Bishop area.

Recently viewed and put an offer in on a house (offer went in yesterday). First offer was rejected and when the EA called me back to inform me, I said I’d happily pay asking price. They said to me they had received two other offers too. Didn’t tell me how much but said all three offers were in different situations and price ranges.
They said they’d call me today but didn’t, so I chased. They advised the vendor had some questions for the other buyers and would get back to me as soon as they can.
What should I do in this situation? I’m keen on the house but feel it’s a bit back and forth.
My buy is in a good position also. Sold subject to contract and is willing to move into rented accommodation if need be until we move out.
Any opinions or thoughts?
