Hey everyone

I’m thinking about starting a business installing and managing smart homes using Home Assistant.
Is anyone here doing this commercially?
I’d love to hear how it’s going. Things like:

- How reliable has Home Assistant been?
- How do you handle updates and remote support?
- Do you charge a monthly fee to manage clients’ systems?
- Any major issues or things you’d do differently?

Just trying to see if this is a sustainable business model using home assistant before I jump in.
