As the title states, I would like to ask about the procedure and fees for importing a UAE-registered car into Qatar and registering it here as a normal car, not a classic car.

Please correct me if I'm wrong from what I've gathered so far:

- In UAE needs to pass inspection, get export papers, get export plates

(Or other route is to cancel the car in the UAE, tow the car to Qatar)

-Bu samra border pay 5% customs tax purchase price of the vehicle, get Qatar Export plates (will have 30-days to pass fahes)
