I am one year post bilateral mastectomy, straight to implants. I have my first, of a few, fat grafts scheduled for 8/20. Any thing I should know? Any helpful tips pre or post procedure? TIA!

Hi all, I had the weirdest issue over the weekend. I visited my family in San Luis Obispo, Ca over the weekend and ended up taking a little nap in tree filtered sun.

I was nervous that I may have a sunburn on my arms so I went to apply more sunblock. I noticed that my direct to implant breast was hot to the touch and streaky / blotchy red while moving the strap out of the way.

We all know that black attracts the sun, but I didn’t know I would burn through the fabric. My black brami tank acted like a little microwave and cooked my boob. It’s blistered. The one good thing about this is that my boobs are numb. Can’t feel a thing.

Be careful out there w black shirts and implants in sun / filtered sun.
