What do you use for pre, during and post on-site work automation?

We've been experimenting quite a bit and have run into a wall with this.

We are using Retell and Voiceflow. We want to integrate our data warehouses (BigQuery and Databricks) with the voice agents' knowledge bases. And optimize for latency.
