Who is stronger? Powerless homelander or Regulus without his authority?
The boys and Re:zero, These two don't have much going on in feats without their powers, on one hand Homelander might be able to function better as a normal human than Regulus, but on the other, Regulus took a really heavy beating from Emilia and Subaru before going out. Absolutely the ultimate battle of wimps.
