Hi, I’ve been on 10mg for 5 days after having a series of panic attacks. I was having some mild side effects but nothing to really worry about the first days.
But now I cannot get an erection and have a slightly numb feeling in genitals.
I realise that I was not well informed when starting the medication, but I feel like this will not be beneficial for me with these detrimental side effects. I looked it up, and apparently this is common? Is that true?

I was thinking of stopping the medication, would that be safe at such a low dose after my short 5-day period?
