Would it be possible to restore this photo?
This is for my mother, my grandfather recently passed and a lot of photographs were lost to a fire, this is a photo she had taken shortly before but sadly it has a reflection of her phone in the frame.
The quality isn't great but Is it possible to remove the reflection, and enhance the photo?
