BOF IV Faerie Village troops and War shout.
Hello, as you know, BOF4 was released on Steam, and I am playing through the game again. The last time was over 20 years ago on my PS1. Long story short, my faerie village has 20 faeries, and I am at the end game, trying to defeat the treant to farm XP. I noticed my faerie skills were very weak, so I went into the village, switched two shops (art and music) to troop shops, and placed high-endurance fairies in them. Now, I have three troop shops: one at level 24, one at level 25, and one at level 1. Suddenly, I can no longer use War Shout. I continued the story, fighting to grow the village, and every time I return, I try to improve the shops by changing fairies to ensure the ones with the highest endurance are in the troops; the shops seem unchanged. The level 1 troop shop has 3 fairies and a nearly fully blue bar at the top, while the level 24 shop’s bar is completely blue (probably a level or progress bar). Additionally, my food supply is decreasing despite having 6 fairies hunting. I’m unsure what’s happening—perhaps I should revert some fairies to building and farming and only keep two troop shops? Any help?
