A beautiful accident

A beautiful accident

I was playing the game using the developer tools, and when I decided to remove a corner of the fence and place a torch, the half-collapsed fence combined with the torch to create this beautiful shape.

I really hope the developers or modders can implement this idea, allowing players to place torches on fences with a nice height difference. :P

Promotional animation for the novel before the production of the Unicorn Gundam OVA.

The promotional animation for the novel before the production of the 2007 Unicorn Gundam OVA was still hand-drawn, not 3D CG.

I really liked the moment when Unicorn Gundam struggled to break free of its restraints, and the psycho-frame glowed.

Even though I am not a Christian, Jesus and the Virgin Mary are still willing to reach out to help me, and I am very grateful.

Greetings everyone. I don't speak English, so please forgive me for using Google Translate to write this article. It might be long, and if you find it wordy, please forgive me; I must share these small miracles.

I am not yet baptized as a Christian, nor is my family Christian; we live within the traditional beliefs and culture of the Far East. However, through my interest in history books cultivated in recent years, I have come into contact with the history of Christianity and have gradually come to understand Catholicism and Eastern Orthodoxy.

After my father passed away from COVID-19 three years ago, I felt torn apart and yearned for spiritual healing. At that time, I vaguely felt the Virgin Mary calling to me.

Last year, my mother contracted appendicitis and developed peritonitis. Due to poor recovery after surgery, her immune system weakened, allowing tuberculosis bacteria dormant in her body to cause a severe chest infection. Although it was a closed infection and not contagious, the severe pleural effusion nearly killed her.

During my mother's most critical moment, I put everything aside, knelt in my room, and prayed to the Virgin Mary, imploring her to convey my prayers so that the power of Jesus could heal my mother through the doctors' hands.

All the treatments were effective, and my mother gradually recovered, became fully healthy, and even stronger than before... She even gained weight, which I would laugh at her for.

I personally accompanied my mother to the hospital to thank the doctors, and also privately thanked the Virgin Mary and Jesus, because my family didn't know I had prayed for her.

I also decided that I must find time to go to church to personally offer my thanks and gratitude to the Virgin Mary and Jesus.

Just recently, I discovered a visual abnormality in my right eye; I can't see objects in an arc-shaped area above my focal point. After self-examination, I suspect I've lost part of my visual field due to glaucoma.

Therefore, I decided to drive immediately to a large national hospital nearby for a thorough eye exam. I usually park in the outdoor parking lot when I come to this hospital, but today I inexplicably decided to park in the underground parking. After parking and finding the elevator, I pressed the button for the second floor to go to the ophthalmology department. As I stepped out of the elevator and started looking for the ophthalmology department, the first thing I saw on the ceiling-mounted sign for the clinic was a Catholic prayer room, not any other type of outpatient facility.

The night before I left for the hospital, I prayed again to Our Lady and Christ that my right eye could see again. And so, in this hospital I've visited for over a decade and know so well, I saw a Catholic prayer room for the first time. It was truly the first time I'd ever known this hospital had such a place.

I knelt in the prayer room and prayed to Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary, begging that my eye be opened, that I could see again, that doctors would heal me, and that Jesus would restore my health.

Even though I'm not a Christian, Jesus and the Virgin Mary were willing to reach out to me, even guiding me to the prayer room. If I hadn't driven into the underground parking garage before heading to the ophthalmology clinic, I would never have, and absolutely never, discovered this prayer room via the usual route. It's completely off the route from the main entrance of the hospital to the ophthalmology clinic.

I wanted to share these little miracles with you all, and I will know the results of my tests and the next treatment next week.
