This is the combination of 4 lava lakes that generated on different chunks causing a large fused one, I believe it's the largest lava lake on Minecraft at the moment.
Found using a gpu accelerated search with 48 bit family for a quadruple surface lava lake and then excluded most results with the exact terrain simulated for 1.16.

Perfect isolated all biomes island, every type of village are present.
Here are the structures you can expect on both versions:
Bedrock: 6 villages (1 abandoned plain, 2 desert, 1 savannah, 1 snowy and 1 taiga) ; 3 pillager outposts ; 1 ancient city ; 1 swamp hut ; 2 desert temples ; 1 jungle temple and plenty of abandoned camps.
Java: 8 villages (3 plains, 2 savannas, 1 desert, 1 taiga and 1 snow) ; 5 desert temples ; 2 jungle temples ; a pillager outpost ; 6 ancient cities and many abandoned camps as well.
I love how isolated and good shaped this island is compared to most others.

This stronghold generated up to Y:70, this is the highest I could find and it really look disturbing, the hallway is air exposed too.
In 1.17.2 strongholds can generate ~12 blocks higher but they always get mostly covered by terrain whereas in 1.16 they are completely exposed allowing these exceptional looking occurences.

This seed has a cool lake with 2 villages surrounded by hills all around with a lot of biome diversity, making it an amazing location to start your base.
The 2 villages are java exclusive but the terrain & biomes are the same both on Bedrock and Java edition.

Spawn exactly on this island surrounded by a mushroom ring at 0 0, it works for both version but after 1.21.1, the spawnpoint will no longer be on the island.

Spawn directly in the middle of this mushroom ring on a decent sized island with a jungle, a plain and a beach. The spawnpoint of the island works until 1.21.1, after that if gets moved farther away.

This LARGE BIOMES seed -4677062535259598568 has an island enclosed in this +138 million block mushroom ring, at -1536256 16848054, the center island is over 800 blocks long.
This is also the first island in a mushroom island for Large biomes ever, and I found it by hand looking at massive mushroom island results.
