How can Phil hear this from EVERYONE and still just not care at all to make any changes?

I've been a a fan for 4 decades. This is as rock bottom. Elly, Sal and Burns are being wasted. Phil is holding this great, historic franchise hostage.

I think Votto is truly open to talks about taking the GM role. I'm not sure he'd end up wanting it after those conversations or if he'd even be offered the job in the first place by Phil. I'm just saying I think right now he's open to it and that's exciting. I think if he were to take the job he has the potential to help make this club so much better.

Sheldon: Would being an executive, full time, interest you?

Votto: It would have to be the type of role that challenges me. As AI becomes ubiquitous, I see more players returning to the game because of all the data crunching, all the analytics, everything -- even they're using biomechanical tools to evaluate how players move -- these all can be crunched by AI and something can be spun out. 

I genuinely feel like the player who played and wants to make sure the product on the field is as clean as possible is of value. And it's hard for someone that didn't play to understand where to coach and where to step back. To answer your question -- I would, definitely, but I don't even know if I am equipped to do something like that. I made that comment [about being a Reds GM recently] on MLB Now, tongue in cheek, obviously. But there's plenty of Major League players that are doing executive roles and having success.

Mango Smile x Fantasmo

I have not had a great run with these. They foxtailed pretty severely. I've never had this happen before but whether I did something or it's genetics here I am.

I've always been bad at really being able to tell when the trichomes are ready. I usually grow indica hybrids so it's not making it any easier for me to tell if this is finished or not. I think I'm seeing mostly cloudy with a touch of amber but I just find trust my own eyes with this plant lol.

I could get better pics later but this is a good example of where the buds are at. Would you let it go further??? I'm already on day 105.

I'm kinda not thrilled about what they're looking like but hey, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.
