Good day Everyone

I am looking to buy a 1st gen hayabusa and today i looked at a 1999 one.

My biggest red flag that I have seen was a metallic line located between the exhaust headers of the 3rd and 4th cylinder (right side of the bike if stood behind)

Here is a picture of said line + Is this a huge red flag? is it hard / expensive to fix or have fixed?
