In God of War Ragnarök, in the Reunion quest in Helheim, I can't press the "X" button to climb or progress.

This happened on my PS5 back in 2022; then I switched to Steam Deck OLED, and somehow the issue is still the same. I uninstalled the game, still the same; then verified the files, still the same issue; and restarted the Steam Deck OLED, so now I'm just stuck here. I can't progress.

GoW 2018: I can't seem to find the last raven

I spent all day and night yesterday crossing all the locations of each raven. I'm trying to get the achievement. I had the same problem on the PS4 when this game came out.
