I have my little Mojave Grom mad max project…and I can’t help but think that the Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin body would look pretty crazy too.
Has anyone else tried using the 1/12 bodies on their Groms?
So, a few months ago I bought a Mojave MEGA Grom slider chassis, no wheels no electronics, no body. I’ve been slowly building it into something that I love.
So far, I’ve added:
-Hobbywing QuicRun WP 10BL60 ESC
-Surpass 5900kv 4-pole motor
-Injora 11kg servo, servo saver and steering links
-RCAWD ‘Coyote’ wheels and tires
-GPM CVDs and hubs
-aluminum steering knuckles and aluminum rear hub carriers
-Injora 59mm shocks
-Radio Link Rc6Gs radio with gyro
Going for a MadMax vibe with this rig.
Still tuning, playing with settings, but man, do I enjoy this hobby!!
