I don't care about the livery or any customisation.

Anyone knows how to obtain that livery on PS4 ? I tried to merge with Livery 11 and 13 and both didn't work. Usually, with merge, I can get GTA+ exclusive liveries but this one doesn't seem to work... Any idea ?

I know it's black listed on PS4 but I was wondering if someone had it from dmo or could download it from software or something?
