Hi Great Survivors!

I am trying to salvage my 184 days run. I am on Voyager and I do have 870 hours of play behind me, but I have never been to the ZoC before. The Concentrator seems secure enough, but I would welcome any advice on what important loot I should look for before I exit the building, and what to expect once I'm out. Is there a relatively safe way back to a more secure zone? I will look at the online map of course, but it only goes so far.

Edit: I made it to Idle Camp! My clothes are in tatters and I was almost at zero condition from thirst and tiredness, but I I am now confident I can survive here until I regain my max condition. Thanks so much for the help!
