My grandma had an old Betty Crocker cookbook that she said had her favorite brownie recipe in but discarded it—it should be before 1969. She said she remembers written instructions in it to tap the pan on the counter, but I can’t find any recipe that matches in the scans I saw online. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks!
