How to fix resume that gets no responses
I’ve been trying to figure out why my applications keep getting ignored even when I meet most of the requirements.
I’ve updated my CV multiple times, tried different formats, and even looked into AI resume tools and online CV builders with modern templates, but the outcome is still mostly silence or instant rejections.
At this point I’m wondering if it’s an ATS issue or if my resume just isn’t being positioned in a way that helps it pass screening systems or actually get seen by recruiters.
Some people say the key is using a resume builder that helps you get more interviews or optimizing it for ATS keywords, but I’m not sure what actually makes the difference in practice.
