Are there any hospitals in ontario that pay their response team nurses any shift premiums? Mine does not but we feel like we should with all the extra training/expertise/responsibility we have.
Great show by my favourite band. To be honest, my first listen to Between Us was very "meh, its okay". After seeing them play some of it live, the album hits different now. Imagine Barcelona, Ride, Money, After Summer etc. All great songs. Ive also been listening to Icona Pop - I love it on full tilt ever since. They always pick a sneaky good cover. I wish they just kept playing all night. We need an Arkells eras tour. Anyways hope everyone had as good as time as I did.
Do you exist on Ontario? Im interested doing my NP, but critical care and flight nursing are all ive ever known. I'm not too interested in working in a NP led clinic or family practice. Ive worked in the same medium sized ICU for 10 years and we have one NP in our entire hospital who works on the palliative care team. I know there are NICU NPs but I was curious if adult ICU NPs exist in ontario. If so, what does your day look like? What is your relationship with MDs like? Any info would be great.
