Thanks for all the help in this subreddit first of all, my locals is just a few people 😊

I'm not sure if it is just a translation error or if I haven't seen this effect before, but the first AUTO ends with "If you do, draw two characters". What is that supposed to mean?

I'm reviewing a few different decks, and I'm trying to confirm if there's a few cards like this one that are JP only. Thanks for any help!
