How often do you uninstall serviceable parts and re-use them?

As the title states. We only ever do this when we take parts from one aircraft and put it on another, but it got me thinking if there were other use cases like this?

In my head, it doesn't make much sense to remove a serviceable part on an aircraft for no reason other than to use that some where else (ie: on another aircraft)

Is it common for customers to bring their own parts?

As the title states, just joined a new shop and they told me during the onboarding that they sometimes get customers who bring in their own parts that we review before deciding it's good to be used or not.

First time hearing about this, so wondering if this is a common practice in this industry

People who run 40min+ prompts, how do you manage to actually get good outputs?

I've been seeing lot's of people online and at my work place just rip these hour long prompts and it kind of boggles my mind. Like, how do you trust the output? How do you know the code isn't a complete mess? Are you actually even getting good results?

I've been experimenting with trying to one-shot full on features, but it usually falls short, or completely craps the bed in terms of it's implementation (especially with codex as it struggles with long standing tasks)

Been trying to figure out a good way to do this is, or is it really just have small scoped prompts?
