I get sleep paralysis a lot and thought I had had another episode until after I realized that I had actually had an astral projection episode which has happened only a few times. As I pondered it after I woke up in the morning I noticed the sound of re entry into the body in astral projection is the same as entering sleep paralysis. I play around with sound often and decided to try re create the same sound that happens when I have this very familiar auditory hallucination. Obviously sound is different externally to our senses than when it is happening in our dreams but I just wondered if it is the same for anyone else. Please be cautious of sound, turn it down. It won't transfer well through speakers. please use head phones. Please remove if not applicable.
