Powerwall 3 booted from my Tesla account

Today I woke up and my Tesla Powerwall 3 has been booted from my Tesla app. As if I have never owned a single product. Any ideas?

Things Ive tried:

Turning app and phone off an on again.
Signing in and out of app.
Turn power wall off an on again.
Tried to repair (but there is a weird bug where it won’t let me get past a step but it can initially see the Powerwall).

Things I’ve noticed:
Powerwall has dramatically reduced internet traffic.
Master powerwall switch still on.

I have already had this unit replaced 6 weeks ago. When something melted on the old unit. I’m not happy! This is the second major thing working 8 months of owning a Powerwall. I got a good brand so this BS wouldn’t happen.
