It's not even reworked like Blaze's for her winter outfit or with Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles having their 06 artwork used for the equipment decals in the Wii version of M&S 2010

I don't have a video, but I do have this image of Lilac running backwards in Nalao Lake (best image I got lol)

It's a bit hard to pull off, but if you go down a big slope with enough speed and get the skidding animation as you go against the slope, if you hit the opposite direction quick enough you can run backwards
