Unlike most skirt wearing Umas (with the exception of Bourbon) who wears shorts underneath, Neo Universe doesn't seem to wear safety shorts.

I'm not sure if it's a leotard (similar to Bourbon, but much less risque), a swimsuit, or just a sporty panties. But this one definitely comes more as cute than lewd/sexy (once again, Bourbon).

For context:

Left image is an official display by Bandai to promote SHF of Rice Shower and Ultraman Geed. The reason is that Geed's actor is a big fan of Rice Shower, so they put on the display which got approved by the actor. Like Rice Shower, Geed was initially seen as a villain because he's the son of one of the biggest villain in the entire franchise. All and all, it makes for a heartwarming display.

For right image, eehmmm, let's just say that there's a RE9 mod of Rice Shower as Grace, and...........an NSFW mod for Leon. The right image was posted by a licensed shop following the "incident".
