Delay on the spear throw
Morning everyone, did netease add a delay to black panthers spear throw ability? For an example, I threw my spear at Jeff and turn around to throw another one, but it didn't let me throw another until I spammed my L2. Is it because I turn too fast or is it a FPS issue? Let me know what you guys think
