Just curious if you guys have read any of the books post Clancy writing them and which is your favorite?

I’m just curious as someone without IT job experience but I have plenty of customer service experience and using healthcare EMRs, could I bypass a help desk role as my first job if I have the A+, Net+, and Sec+ certs?
