i have an audi s3 8v manual and drive spiritedly a lot of the time but can’t decide between a full winter like pilot sport alpine 5 or the likes of the cross climate 3 sport as we don’t get a lot of snow it’s mostly cold wet slimy roads

curently running falken rs820 and might put another set on for winter but am unsure if i would be better off with a softer winter tyre for front end grip

hope this reads okay just really stuck between going a full winter or a all season
what’s best for 1-5’c wet roads for fast/ spirited driving
