Widgets changing size and changing position every restart

Restarting the plasma shell or simply restarting the computer changes their layout and size without me doing anything How can i fix this behavior?

Overlapped tilled windows

So, depending on the application, the tilled windows will start overlapping each other once there are too many windows open at once. Is there any fix to this?
