Hey everyone , just received the OA link on Hackerearth ; 1st I got the notification -> secondly it got cancelled (my heart sank for a minute) -> then got a revised notification that it will take on Aug-16. { it's a bit confusing tbh }
I had questions regarding Registration;
-> The Absence Full-Time experience going to affect my application (and if I have internship Experience -> is that priortized more than Projects)
-> If anyone has filled the Google Online Challege form, can you please give your insights.
-> What's the Pay-Scale of these Apprenticeship Programs, are you given any chance towards FULL-TIME ROLE ?

I am presently in a state of confusion.
I am thinking of switching domains from Analyst to Product Management. Hence, I thought of taking part in some kind of Fellowship Program / Cohorts.
Some examples are Next-Leap, Hello PM, Product Space etc.
- Are these Cohorts actually worth it? (if I give my best ofc)
- Do they actually give Placement Support – as they mention in their brochure?
- If you have been a part of any such Cohorts, and can share insights; that would be really helpful.
and I can take a better decision with much more clarity,
as these cohort prices start from a base price of 40k INR.
Initially they call you say that it's an unpaid internship, and just ask for your email address without any follow-ups. (it seems normal till here)

Then they set up a onboarding call -> where they open a paytm(peoplestrong portal) where you need to fill details.
A guy named Y*** & a girl named S******* were present in the call.

-> when someone asked about full-time/PPO moving forward. THEY WERE SILENT & the HR onboarding guy says "please check the careers page" like wtf dude.
They talk about the fact you can have a great experience and all (unpaid btw). They even give you a document to sign (i didn't do it).

They will add you to Whatsapp groups (Paytm Growth Interns) -> initially its a community of 5 groups aligned.
As you can see i got an onboarding call - 16th June, 2026. But my reddit connection received it for 23rd June.
(mass onboard with zero clarity tbh.)

Got an internship at Paytm , its unpaid/remote the onboarding emails came from a verified person and paytm careers team as well.

Has anyone ever joined one like it , are there any further conversions to full-time role?
