Does anyone know what this is?

Is this a parasite or just normal shrimp anatomy?

Does anyone know what these spots are, or what the cause could be? The shrimp doesn't seem bothered by it, but the spots might be growing, which worries us. He does weekly water changes of about 10%, using tap water that has a kh value between 2-3, the pH value in the tank is usually around 7.5. He adds "easy-life filter medium" after each water change.

There's also some small fish in the tank, and two other kinds of shrimps (neocaridina, caridina).

This is one of my father's shrimps, we're both new to shrimp keeping and only have those shitty stripe tests (didn't know they were unreliable when we bought them, waiting for liquid test kit to arrive). We will bring in some tank water to our local shop for them to test, as soon as they open.
