can someone tell me about these snails I found in my plant?

I think they might be glass garlic or quick gloss snails but I'm not sure. Can you also tell me how these will breed and if I'll need to cull them or are they the kind with the sensitive eggs and cannibalism that will take care of the majorly of problems?
