Maybe I’m dumb, but I can’t find the schedule anywhere. I’m trying to plan for five people on Sunday, and Ive done both SDCC and NYCC before, but I want to be well-prepared. I’m also going by myself Saturday, and I’m a little anxious about making sure I can see everything I want to see.
My grandma told me tonight that she’s been watching Harry Potter AI What If videos on YouTube. I would much prefer that she reads something written by a real person, and she’s not built for Wattpad.
A little background - she’s 73, Roman Catholic, and doesn’t really get gay people. She’s not homophobic, she just doesn’t really get it. I’ve had to explain transgender people to her on multiple occasions. So, unfortunately, I can’t start her out with a Drarry fic, and there can’t be any smut either.
I just really don’t want her watching AI slop, but I have to start her slow and most of the HP fanfic I read is gay, and we’ve gotta ease her into that.
