Hardy Hibiscus made a seed pod.

Zone 8b. I bought this hibiscus this summer and it produced a pod the last couple weeks which I picked after it browned, and waited for the pod to split open. I collected 30 out of 36 decent looking seeds. I will try to propagate them indoors with grow lights over the fall and winter. I’ve never grown a hibiscus or really anything. I have researched how to propagate these but tips are welcome. And do the seeds look good to you?

Found in front yard under a tree. CenTex.

I was trying to figure out myself what it is but would still like to know from a more experienced person. I think it could be an Uvalde. Other guesses are a gower split stem or heavily reworked Pedernales. Or maybe it’s not identifiable because of the damage. Thanks
