Hello.. Have you ever experienced something like this? (Very bad glitch?)

Hello! So the other day I was playing Style Showdown, and during the end of the elimination, suddenly, my computer turned off. And when I opened it again, roblox said error code 277, disconnected. I didn't mind it at first, but today, it happened again. And it was during the end of the elimination again. I was confused, because it never happened outside Style Showdown or any roblox game. And my computer is new, it is not old also it's gaming computer.
