I ([[Floral Spuzzem]]) have been attacking for four turns now, trying to destroy opposing artifacts for my controller, who has nine poison counters. Last turn, my opponent played an [[Annex Sentry]] and attacked my controller, and I blocked her. She tried to step past me to get to my controller, and I stepped in front of her and we had a *moment* where our eyes met and our hands touched and we felt something special, and then the combat phase ended and my controller's turn began.

So here's where I might be TA. My controller orders me to attack the enemy, which is fine, but then I find out he wants me to destroy Annie (that's the sentry's name btw, she gave me her number!!). There's no blockers, so I *could*, but I see Annie looking at me with this pleading expression and I decide I don't want to destroy her. My controller gets angry and tells me I've cost him the game by choosing not to destroy target artifact under an opponent's control. But I'm allowed to choose not to, it says on my card! He can target Annie all he likes but it's *my* choice to destroy, not his, and I chose love.

So we go off on a [[Secret Rendezvous]] together instead, and then my controller's opponent proliferates, killing him.

So Reddit, AITA for choosing not to destroy target artifact under an opponent's control? AITA for choosing *love*?

A simple spell for use in shielding Nature from harm, protecting those who must be protected, and purifying that which must be purified.

You'll need the following:

A sealed vessel to contain your energies. The spell requires breaking the vessel, so choose something you're not overly attached to. Glass bottles are often popular.
Aqua vitae, the water of life, to represent Nature.
A white cloth, symbolising the innocence of those in need of protection.
A match or lighter capable of conjuring an open flame, representing your intent to cleanse and purify.
A mask and concealing clothing, to symbolise the collective willpower of the coven.
Finally, something in need of purification - for example, a vehicle or structure representing tyranny and oppression. You won't have to look far.

Fill the vessel with the water of life, leaving a small gap at the top for the next step. Other reagents with similar qualities may serve just as well (for example, petrol/gasoline is representative of earth's bounty).

Focus on your intent to protect, and place the cloth within the vessel such that half of it is within, and half without. Then soak the open part of the cloth in the aqua vitae, so as to connect it with Nature.

Don the mask and clothing, ensuring you are unrecognisable. You are casting this spell on behalf of the collective, and not the individual; dress accordingly.

Find whatever must be purified. With the match or lighter, focus firmly on your intent, and conjure an open flame. Ignite the cloth, then throw the vessel with enough force to shatter it, releasing your energies and the aqua vitae.

For practical reasons, this witch then recommends leaving the area.
