Just kidding of course, I love our little green neighbors. I relocated this little guy over to under a tree where he can hopefully join the other barking tree frogs in their chorus tonight!

Just wanted to share a few pictures I got on our trip to Glacier National Park back in June of 2021. We spent 8 days total, 4 in west glacier and 4 in east glacier. We were absolutely blown away by the magnitude of the beauty of this place. We absolutely would love to go back some day.
Hey all, I have been growing Sweetbay Magnolias from seeds that I harvested from a local tree for the past few years now. Pictured is the largest of the 5 plants I have now! It first germinated back in May 2023, the first picture was taken at about 2 weeks post germination. Second picture was taken this afternoon in May 2026. Incredible what 3 years of difference looks like! Local wildlife loves the sweetbays, I find all kinds of critters making their home amongst the leaves!
Can't wait to see what another 3 years looks like!

K31 action is one of the most fun rifle actions ever made in the history of mankind. This rifle that I built was an exercise in free will. It has no practical application outside of being enjoyable to shoot at the range.
Up until recently I've only ever ran AGBs, or just dealt with the gas to the face.
When I first got my Polo-k, I ran it on my 16" mid length ar with a non adjustable gas block. Barrel is a criterion core, and truth be told with a G$ super 42 H3, the gas was pretty mild all things considered. Criterion makes an excellent barrel with a properly sized gas port, I pin gauged mine at 0.074". (On an unrelated note, I bought it with the headspace bolt and verifying using my own headspace gauges this thing is headspaced PERFECTLY).
But with longer strings of fire, the gas definitely built up to an eye-watering turbo cancer inducing degree. So I invested in a BRT EZ Tune, told them I wanted to run it 100% suppressed with a G$ Super 42 but with H2 instead. They delivered a tube with a 0.062" port.
Let me tell you what, I'm VERY pleased with my purchase. I have only once shot a suppressed AR that felt this perfectly tuned. When I say I get zero gas during long strings of fire, I mean it.
10/10, recommend the BRT EZ tune.
