Need to get my CNIC made for the first time.

I heard there's a mobile NADRA service where a they visits your home, collects the required documents, completes the verification, and charges a service fee. That service wasn't available in here before, so I was just wondering if it's available now.

If anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks!

What phrases made your English sound less textbook and more normal?

I’m collecting normal English phrases that make speech sound less like a grammar exercise.

Not slang exactly. More like phrases native speakers use all the time that learners don’t learn early enough.

Examples:

  • “I’m not really sure”

  • “That makes sense”

  • “I guess it depends”

  • “To be honest”

  • “I wouldn’t say that”

  • “I’m not a big fan of…”

  • “It’s kind of hard to explain”

  • “Now that I think about it…”

These are boring phrases, but they make conversation flow.

My current way of collecting them:

  • Reddit comments for casual phrasing

  • Ludwig.guru to check if phrasing is natural

  • Cambridge Dictionary for collocations

  • YouGlish for real spoken examples

  • Notion for saving phrase groups

  • ISSEN for forcing myself to use them in voice conversations

What are some phrases that made your English sound more natural?

Especially useful ones for disagreeing, explaining, softening opinions, small talk, or buying time while thinking.
