I am a junior in high school and am thinking about going to UNH. I want to double major in dance and environmental science, but I’m worried that I might be being unrealistic. I don’t know what to do because dance is what I really want to pursue dance as a career, but I know I probably won’t be able to sustain myself off of that alone. I also have a deep interest in environmental sciences. Dance is something that I wouldn’t technically have to go to college for to have as a career, but I think it would be beneficial for me and my dance. I know 100% that I want to major in environmental science, but I don’t know if I should minor in dance, or try a double major. Help 😭

I am a 16 year old dancer with a busy schedule and a desperate need to start saving up for collage. I’m going to be in at least one production (non-paid) and I’m hoping to audition for a few more. I’m going to hopefully start getting paid for teaching (instead of getting some free classes) and I’m going to see if I can do some backstage tech work. Other than that I have no clue what other jobs I could do… a normal job wouldn’t like the days I have to be off for dance and I can’t think of another dance related job 😭 any ideas help thank you so much I’m desperate
