this was the outfit i made for the Cultivarium area in my Itzaland styling video! i liked it a lot so i wanted to share it individually!!🩵
i also did a while photoshoot for it at my current fav photospot on great lumieville top that i might share in a separate post ☺️
I made this as an entry to the Nikki and the Golden Feast creation event’s outfit category! Official entry posted on IG but wanted to share the video here too since I’m really proud of how it turned out 🥺
It took me a few days to put everything together, from styling and scouting locations, to filming, editing and generating the outfit codes (10 max per day holding me back hahaha)
I matched Nikki’s footsteps as much as possible for a smooth walking visual and matched the outfits and editing to the audio whenever I could too! So fun to look back on all the areas we’ve explored in Itzaland the past one year. Super excited to see where we’re headed to next!!!!

the outer currently clips with every top/dress that has a sleeve so i was kinda limited by my options, but still had so much fun styling it!! i hope it can be fixed soon to work with more pieces!

Of cus there are inaccuracies and I took some creative liberties considering the limitations of the wardrobe, but all in all I’m pretty happy with the outcome (≧▽≦) I also realised a lot of casual clothing items still aren’t dye-able so I hope that can change soon 😭

It has been nearly a month since I started posting in this subreddit and I have been absolutely blown away by everyone’s nice comments on my styling and edits!! I played from launch but have always kept to myself and now I really regret not involving myself/being active in the community earlier😭
When the lookbook feature released, I was so excited, only to feel disappointed when none of my styling ever got beyond 20 likes, mostly hovering around 1-10 haha
I thought maybe my styling was kinda meh so it actually felt unbelievable how well received most of my posts have been here
Funnily enough, my best styling here that got over 2k upvotes only had 2 likes in the lookbook (technically 1 because I gave myself a like for encouragement 😭😭😭😭) LMFAO😭
These days I feel so inspired and so much more motivated to actually play the game and style outfits because of all the compliments I’ve received, not just from reddit stylists, but also from stylists on other platforms that I have started to join and post to! It feels like my style resonated with others and it’s such a wonderful feeling 🥺💖
It may sound cringe but I genuinely enjoy being here and felt like I should express my appreciation to the community for making me fall in love with this game once more 🥹🫶

this top actually dyes horrendously on the gradient(?) areas (torso & sleeves) but i somehow managed to make it work! sometimes by hiding it with a jacket tho LMAO😭

was browsing through the wardrobe for inspo and found this leopard print headwear that has been the wardrobe since forever (it’s like the 2nd oldest headwear piece when sorted by recency!) so i styled a y2k inspired look! was gonna go for denim shorts but there isn’t a suitable one that is short enough for the look i wanted to go for 😭
also might be the last styling of this patch since i wanna take a smoll break and come back fully inspired with new pieces in the upcoming patch!

was playing around with dyes when i accidentally discovered that this outer dyes beautifully into a gradient brown that reminds me of coffee 🥺 the big skirt also changes the outer’s silhouette to be bigger at the bottom which looks so elegant🤎
AND coincidentally all the pieces i used had butterflies motifs!!!! (only the brooch was a intentional butterfly piece chosen to match after i realise there were butterflies on almost everything)
