Partify Msport Bumper

Pleasantly surprised by quality and paint looks like an almost identical match. $450 for paint matched and shipped. Will update when it is on the car for a final look.

They use GoodGo bumpers as well!

The M3 bumper is being euthanized in a few weeks

Gonna keep it as backup bumper probably. Hard to sell. it’s time for something different. Previous owner put it on and I’m over it at this point.

For those that have done the front bumper swap, let me know how difficult this install is! Won’t have any help unfortunately so it will just be me.

B58 MST Intake Knockoff Review (Kyostar)

Bought the Kyostar knockoff MST intake from eBay a bit ago for $175. I was looking for a decent enough intake and was not willing to spend $500 on an MST or similar brand. These are just metal pipes and filters + coupling so I see no harm in going for a lesser known brand. Especially since it’s not quite a performance part and doesn’t add power.

Yes, I know it is not as good as the stock intake but I love the forced induction sound and am willing to take the trade off.

Fitment: 4/5 - it is off a bit in some spots but nothing that hinders performance or functionality

Quality of materials - 4/5 - metal tubing, filter, and silicon tube seemed good enough quality for the price. The welds inside the intake tube weren’t exceptional but defintely serviceable and look like it’ll hold up over time.

Sound: 5/5 - sounds absolutely incredible. It is addicting to say the least.

Install difficulty: 2/5 - it took about an hour to get it seated properly. Filter was touching the fender liner, MAF sensor cable was stretched on my first attempt. But I chalk that up to user error as it was easy enough to twist the pipes and align everything correctly on my second go. Second photo is before the adjustments.

Would definitely buy this again. I’d reccomend if you don’t want to spend the money on one of the more expensive brands. This is almost identical to the MST and sounds exactly the same.

Hey guys, I currently have the M3 front bumper on my factory Msport car and am looking into using Partify for the paint matched bumper. Does anyone have experience with this company?

I have black sapphire metallic paint and I know it won’t be 100% but I think it may be difficult to tell unless you’re up close since black is kind of difficult to mess up. My paint is in great shape as well. Wax it multiple times per year.

Does anyone have any comments on the CAPA certified vs aftermarket option for the bumper? It adds an extra $500 to the price, and I’m wondering if it’s worth it or not.

I already have all the misc parts so I just need the bumper itself.

I did look into getting a bumper painted locally but it would cost $800 for just the paint. That is the cheapest out of 4 shops I got a quote from. Highest was $1200

Thanks guys.

Running stock RWD msport adaptive suspension on 513m.

I feel like it looks kinda shit but not 100% sure lol. I am an idiot and JUST paid to replace my edc struts since they started leaking. Coilovers not in the budget right now.

Is it worth it to throw them on lowering springs? I’ve heard very mixed reviews on using lowering springs on stock shocks. Also don’t want to knock my teeth out on a stiff ride to have a better fitment.

Any input is appreciated

Hey guys, I bought my car used with the M3 rep front bumper on it. It is a factory Msport car, but got in an accident before I purchased and the previous owner put an M3 bumper on instead of the Msport.

Swapping back to msport has been on my list since I bought the car but haven’t been able to justify the $1800 it costs for a new bumper (got it priced out, including paint).

Not sure if it’s even worth doing since it’s a lot of money for a pretty minor change with no real benefit.

What would yall do? Just curious.
