I haven’t had a bike since I bought a $100 ancient street bike off Craigslist in college. Almost went with the Rivian bike bike the wait was too long and decided I wanted something lighter.

Now I bike to work every day and it’s been like heaven compared to driving in SoCal. Not to mention the $50 saved on gas is nice too ;)

I really think car culture has ruined us our happiness and society. We are not meant to move so fast and with so much potential for harm. I had to drive yesterday and I noticed my stress went up 10x…. So many honks so much rage from everyone. I get it. Cars are toxic.

Now when I bike past traffic I find myself singing.
