GURAJCHAKA CHILDS! It’s finally here!

The Xbox Game Pass version of RV There Yet? has just dropped. It is now available via the Xbox Store and Game Pass on PC and the Xbox console: https://www.xbox.com/games/store/rv-there-yet/9mw79bjvf3qx

I was hoping to cover this in a vid this week but the team and I have been HELLA busy with Map 3 work. So I thought I’d just quickly update you on the Xbox Game Pass release.

June 30th is still looking good (in fact, it was locked in so the odds of it changing are very close to zero). I believe it will drop with a day 1 patch that will have some additional fixes that were done during the delay period.

Reminder that Map 3 is on a separate development track and is progressing well, but there is no date we can predict especially with summer vacation period coming up. But I know there are folks on the team who are interested in working around the vacations to try and get the update out sooner rather than later but I still don’t know what that means in terms of when it will drop. We’re hoping to be content-complete by end of June but release is likely not possible at this point for Map 3 release until July, could be August, hopefully not later than that but who knows.

Unfortunately, the release for Xbox Game Pass has been delayed again. The next release date we can aim for is June 30th - sorry! We will use the extra time to further polish the console build.

RV Delayed Yet? May-be! (yes)

Y'all have asked about Xbox Game Pass and Map 3 release dates! Unfortunately, both are a bit later than expected.

TL;DW;

We're hoping for Xbox Game Pass (console & PC) in beginning of June, and - with any luck - Map 3 at the end of June (but may be delayed).

If Map 3 deadline is missed, it will likely be delayed till much later (maybe August) due to summer break.
