Sorry for the blurry image, this flashes on the screen so fast it was hard to get a photo.

Full size console running v2.4.2 - we did a clean install to this version after testing it out onPC. All operations run as expected even with the error.

Error occurs on startup before mode selection.

Anyone seen this before or have any idea how to resolve?
