the police at target arrested me because I was shoplifting 600$ of products, but my intention was not to leave the store. I had a lot of stuff in my grocery bag because I had to make a basket for my friend’s birthday. the other friend that was getting stuff with me had to go to the car to get the basket that she previously bought, I was waiting for her at the entrance so when she was leaving a man came and took us into a room where they checked the bags and documents. then they called the police and arrested us.
we have to go to the court, what will happen to us?
we had the same products in different sizes or colors because we wanted to see what would fit better in the basket..
