Is there more room for negotiating pay for internal in-level moves with the new compensatiom structure?
In the past there has been very little room for negotiating pay for lateral moves within the company. Has this changed at all with the new compensation structure? Or if anyone has successfully negotiated more than a 10% increase, any tips?
